    Key Qualifications

    • Proven experience as an account executive or in a Supply Demand Analyst role
    • You will need strong analytical abilities, and should be able to evaluate, analyse and present data to a broad audience
    • Solution oriented analytical planning skills
    • Strong work ethic, perseverance and flexibility
    • Excellent social, influencing, commercial & organisational skills
    • Meticulous attention to detail & ability to drive precise execution
    • Practical & focused approach to problem solving and process improvement
    • Ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance of, others in sensitive situations
    • Ability to build effective and influential relationships in a cross-functional team environment
    • Some demand planning specific experience and a background in forecasting is critical
    • Experience in leading cross functional projects
    • Advanced numeracy skills and strong knowledge of Excel
    • Meticulous attention to detail & ability to drive flawless execution to tight deadlines
    Description

    Understand the Reseller's supply chain model & market dynamicsPrompt resolution of delivery & logistical issues encountered by Resellers or cross-functional teamsHold regular reviews with partners, Sales and Reseller Operations account managers (CSAMs)Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholdersRepresent the voice of the customer in cross functional interactions especially with Logistics and Logistic CarriersUtilise reporting to identify trends and address pro-activelyDrive increased Reseller and Logistics Carrier self-serviceWork on own initiative, to capture and disseminate information needed to make decisions and drive the businessEnsure adherence to key Resellers contractual requirements

    Education & Experience

    Bachelor's degree - 3rd level degree in IT, Business Analytics, Business Information Systems, Maths, however, if you have relevant experience or similar field you are encouraged to apply
