In-House Solicitor - Ireland - Morgan McKinley

Description

This is an fantastic opportunity for any lawyer who is experienced in any form of insolvency or debt collection who are seeking to make a move from practice in-house, or for a lawyer already in industry.

Working closely with a legal team of 4 people and the credit control team, you would be supporting members in securing any unpaid debts they are owed, distributing them accordingly and where necessary carry out legal proceedings. You would also be managing more junior members of the team.

It is a permanent and full-time position with some excellent progression opportunities.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a qualified solicitor with at least 2 years PQE
• Ideally be coming from a top or mid tier firm, or alternatively a specialist debt recovery law firm.
• Have strong background in contract law.
• Have the ability to handle large caseloads and have a strong commercial acumen.
• Have excellent case management skills.
• Have excellent knowledge and understanding of MS Office.
