    Description
    Job Description Exciting opportunity to join a leading PLC. This role will contribute across M&A, corporate finance, valuations and strategic planning.


    Key responsibilities will include:
    Supporting across the M&A lifecycle on buy-side and sell-side transactions and reviewing investment opportunities. Contributing to strategic financial planning projections, capital allocation strategies and trend analysis. Working across various corporate finance/valuations projects including industry benchmarking, sector development and financial markets.

    Requirements for this Role Successful candidate will likely have the following background:
    A strong academic background. Professional qualification (ACA, CFA or similar) with 5-8 years professional working experience. Experienced in M&A and Transaction Services. A motivated self-starter with strong financial modelling/valuation skills and a keen attention to detail. About Our Client Our client is a leading PLC with global operations.
