    Job Description

    We are hiring a Basic Grade Dietitian in a Private Hospital in Dublin, Ireland.
    We will provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality, respect, caring, and compassion are at the center of all we do.

    Responsibilities
    • Offer hospital patients a full range of nutrition and dietetic services.
    • Promote and maintain throughout the hospital an awareness of sound nutrition and an appreciation of the importance of nutrition.
    • Support the Dietitian Manager through the implementation and maintenance of best nutrition and dietetic practice
    • Contribute to the development, implementation, and updating of nutrition policies, procedures, and systems that support the needs of the hospital.
    • Maintain records of treatment care in the patient's case notes in line with departmental and hospital policies.
    • Provide group education sessions to patients as appropriate.


    Requirements

    • A qualification in Dietetics approved by the dietitians registration board at CORU.
    • CORU application submitted/ registration
    • Possess a human nutrition and dietetics B.Sc. degree, a nutrition and dietetics diploma, or a dietetics qualification at least equal to the aforementioned
    • Must have post-qualification clinical experience as a Dietician.
    • Excellent report and presentation writing skills with an ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
