- Ensure timely updates of Sage50 for all entities, leveraging Auto-entry for invoice storage.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of bank accounts across multiple jurisdictions including Ireland, France, and the USA.
- Manage both physical and digital filing systems for all companies, maintaining records of bank statements, purchases, invoices, and correspondence.
- Generate quarterly rental invoices for Irish tenants.
- Handle invoicing for tenants regarding additional charges such as insurance and water fees.
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA/CPA/ACCA/ACA)
- 3 Years minimum post qualification experience
- Experience working in sage
