Are you a dynamic and self-motivated accountant with 1-2 years PQE seeking a new challenge? Here's a fantastic opportunity to join a leading finance team, contributing to the success of a diverse portfolio of entities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of entities, ensuring accurate and timely monthly management reports.
Spearhead the monthly unit sale process, collaborating seamlessly with the sales team.
Coordinate and actively participate in drafting single-entity financial statements.
Play a pivotal role in half-year and year-end reporting, fostering relationships with both internal and external auditors.
Contribute to the preparation of the annual report and coordinate responses to internal audit reviews.
Budgeting & Forecasting :Collaborate with various departments, offering insightful analysis on margin, overhead, and capex variances.
Provide crucial support during annual and quarterly budgeting and reforecasting processes
Contribute to Finance-related projects, showcasing your problem-solving prowess.
Maintain a professional image, representing the organization positively in all interactions.
Review and enhance processes to streamline financial reporting, emphasising improved controls.

The Person:

Qualified accountant with 1-2 years PQE ACA ACCA
Strong attention to detail, initiative, and a solution-driven mindset.
Positive attitude with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
Proven ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.
