    Description
    This HR Generalist role will suit someone specifically looking for flexibility in their career, supporting a 3-day week or equivalent hours


    Key Responsibilities include:
    Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, interviewing and hiring. Work with Universities and local colleges to support Internship programmes. Support managers in delivering the performance management process. Facilitate employee learning and development initiatives. Support teams in creating a positive culture. Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Maintain HR records and ensure accurate documentation. Collaborate with management to address HR-related issues and provide strategic guidance Other HR related projects as required.


    Experience required:
    Third level degree qualified with CIPD accreditation. 3+years' experience working in similar role Excellent team player and interpersonal skills. Morgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Agency and references to pay rates are indicative.
