    Head of Client Management
    Dublin, Ireland
    €80,000-€120,000

    What you'll be doing:
    • Managing, coaching & providing leadership to a group of senior sales professionals.
    • Managing an existing customer portfolio, being accountable for the retention of business and developing strategic organic growth through your team.
    • Linked to the Global strategy and UKI Area Business Plan, support the Ireland strategic planning and strategy execution.
    • Setting the strategic direction of the local team, owning all related budgets and overall growth plans as per the Area Business Plan for the existing customer base
    Requirements:
    • An expert level sales professional with a proven track record of targeting, pursuing, and winning large scale opportunities - selling to Board/Senior Management level.
    • Highly developed consultative selling approach, persuasiveness and influencing skills.
    • Ability to engage executive leadership at key points in the sales process during which their involvement provides additional support.
    • Strong financial acumen with the ability to understand a customer's financial landscape enabling the development of solutions to help deliver value to the customer.
    • Experienced in composing quantifiable and measurable customer centric value-based proposals.
