    Description

    Senior Architect / Lead Design Architect One of Irelands leading architectural and urban design consultancies have a new opportunity for a Senior level Design Architect.

    The talented Lead Design Architect will have in excess of 10 years architectural experience, some of which will have included residential design.

    They are offering an unrivalled opportunity to be part of a great team of Architects and Architectural Technologists and work on a range of exciting projects across Ireland.

    The successful Architectural Designer will be joining a busy architectural studio where you will work on a range of Residential, Commercial, and Mixed-use developments with support for the Directors and lead a small team.


    The ideal Architect will:
    RIAI /RIBA Registered Architect 10+ years of experience in architectural design Strong design skills and knowledge of architectural practices Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail Project experience should include a range of high quality residential, mixed-use and commercial projects Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in Revit, CAD, along with Adobe suite Must have experience working with current Building and Planning legislation


    Responsibilities:

    • Leading design projects from conception to completion
    • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences
    • Developing design concepts and presenting them to clients
    • Producing detailed drawings and specifications
    • Managing project budgets and timelines
