    Job Description:

    The selected individual will join the KennCo Insurance customer service team.

    The main tasks involve direct interaction with clients to address inquiries about their insurance policies, renewals, adjustments, and other related matters. This role offers an opportunity to gain expertise in customer service, client retention, and policy management.



    Key Responsibilities:
    • Working across various personal lines sections, such as Renewals and Mid-term Adjustments processing
    • Handling post-sale customer inquiries
    • Establishing strong relationships with clients
    • Retaining current business and striving to meet renewal retention goals
    • Keeping all data updated in the relevant systems
    • Responding promptly and effectively to customer needs
    • Delivering top-notch customer service
    • Executing administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail
    Skills & Knowledge:
    • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced setting
    • Familiarity with Relay system would be advantageous
    • Effective communication and negotiation abilities
    • Motivated and positive attitude
    Experience & Qualifications:
    • Minimum 1 year experience in personal lines
    • APA qualification or working towards it
