    Description
    Accounting Technician An accounting technician position has become available in a fast paced, deadline driven Head Office. The incumbent will be responsible for the financial, administrative and clerical support of the company.

    The incumbent would report directly to the Financial Controller Key Responsibilities:

    Suppliers Invoices:
    Filling of Supplier invoices and statements.

    Reviewing, coding and posting all invoices into accounts package Assist in other companies as required Monthly reconcile Using PO system .


    Queries:
    Address and answer enquiries via telephone and email in a timely manner

    Bank Reconciliation Receipts:
    Cash Receipts record and allocate Credit Card Receipts record and allocate Sales: Post and verify all income streams

    Month End:
    Posting to all

    Journals Ad Hoc:
    Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned
    Minimum Requirements: 3 Years in similar position 3 years experience on accounting software package Detail oriented. Able to act independent.

    High level of integrity Able to multitask IATI Qualified Preferable Skills:
