Description

Our client is seeking an Accountant to join their team for a 12 Month FTC. This role is with a US Multinational company based in Cork. You will work as part of their International Accounting & Controllership team

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the timely and accurate review and posting of month end close and accounting transactions; P&L and balance sheet account analysis, review, reconciliation & resolution
Ensure financial records are in compliance with US and Local GAAP
Responsible for preparing local financial statements.
Record complex journal entries.
Ensure the ongoing implementation & integrity of all accounting transactions per agreed processes, procedures, and controls
Analyse accounting processes and procedures for greater efficiency

Personal and Professional Requirements

You will be a fully Qualified Accountant, (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or CPA)
You will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
You will be fluent in Ukrainian and English to business level

Salary: Competitive salary + health care, pension, wellness program etc

Contract: 12 months contract, Full-time

Working hours: Monday to Friday, regular office hours

Location: Cork

*Current working policy is hybrid model – 2 days per week from the office.
