Our client is a reputable construction company specialising in a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects in Cavan and its surrounding regions.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Cavan and oversee construction projects in the surrounding areas Role and Responsibilities:Co-ordination of planning, execution and delivery from start to finish. Liaise with design teams and subcontractors. Monitor Project Progress and address issues to maintain timeline. Identify and mitigate potential risk. Manage Project Quality & Safety over the life cycle of the project.
Ideal Candidate:
Be able to plan & deliver a complex project.
Build and maintain effective relationships with the client and design team Have a good knowledge of regulatory standards and industry practices.
Have excellent communication and leadership skills.Valid driver's license Skills:
