- Coordinate and supervise new build developments and refurbishments
- Act as the main point of contact on site for all activities
- Report to Company Directors and Contracts Managers
- Manage subcontractors and site personnel
- Ensure high productivity levels and quality of work
- Plan daily site requirements and meet deadlines
- Ensure adherence to company policies and H&S regulations on site
- Degree in Construction Management or similar qualification
- 6-7+ years experience with a Main Contractor
- Engineering background preferred
- Ability to manage site programme and schedules effectively
- Trades background desirable
- Clean Drivers License
- Excellent communication skills
