    Description

    Post Summary: The Discipline of Occupational Therapy is seeking to appoint a full-time post-doctoral research fellow for a randomised control trial to investigate the effectiveness of a return-to-work rehabilitation intervention for women with breast cancer. This intervention, Work and Cancer, has been developed to support women who have completed treatment for breast cancer to successfully return to work. It provides them with knowledge and confidence to manage post-treatment difficulties in work and meet the demands of their job when they return to work. This is a multisite study in collaboration with community-based cancer support centres. This position will appeal to anyone who wishes to develop their research career and profile in cancer-related research. Please note that Garda vetting will be sought in respect of individuals who come under consideration for a post.
