    Role:

    We are currently looking for a Business Insights Analyst in the Revenue Operations and Controllership team.

    The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills with experience in a fast paced finance environment.

    We are looking for a self-starter with strong attention to detail who can demonstrate success dealing with ambiguity and has the ability to provide insights and educate others with limited oversight.

    The individual will quickly gain an understanding of the existing suite of reporting tools and as part of their role they will help improve data descriptions and train users across the organization on how they can leverage these tools.

    The role will involve performance tracking and the individual will be required to provide deep analysis and insight behind the key drivers of results.

    Responsibilities:

    *Learn and understand the datasets and reporting tools used by the Revenue Operations and Controllership organization

    *Data Democratization - develop material, provide support, educate and train the Revenue Operations organization on how to leverage the existing suite of reporting tools and dashboards

    *Develop descriptive documentation on key datasets and metrics.

    *Design and implement processes to improve team efficiency

    *Complete analysis across datasets/processes and provide clear insight into performance

    *Develop and present recommendation or insights that can be used by the broader team in managing operations

    *Support team to define effective communication methods, developing key messages and story telling for relevant initiatives and organizational achievements.

    Minimum Qualifications

    *5 -7 + years in a management consulting or analytical role,

    *BA/BS in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or a related field)

    *Experience working in and influencing global cross-functional teams

    *Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills

    *Proficiency in Excel, advanced formulas

    *Experience with BI reporting tools

    *Good business acumen and strategic thinker

    *Experience in developing presentations using PowerPoint, GoogleSlides and similar tools

    *Demonstrated organizational skills with experience balancing multiple initiatives at once and ability to work autonomously

    *Experience working collaboratively in a cross-functional environment

    Preferred Qualifications

    *Experience of Revenue Operations processes and/or other Finance domains

    *Knowledge and experience working with Data Democratization strategies and tools to train users

    *3+ years of SQL experience (creating and updating queries)

    EU or Stamp 4
