- Assist the Project Managers with invoicing & quotations.
- Work and liaise with subcontractors/suppliers for ordering of materials.
- Attend client site visits.
- Ensure contractors certification is all inline with policies and procedures.
- Assist in project work.
- Implement health & safety procedures
- Assist with tendering applications
- Grow and learn the skills of partaking in setting up of events & equipment.
- Must have 3rd Level qualification in Engineering/Construction/Event Management – essential.
- At least 3 years work experience
- Knowledge & experience of CAD and or land surveying
- Experience managing projects
- Strong administration background and working knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Good communication/oral/written skills.
- Be flexible on working hours and making deadlines
- Must be fluent in English.
- Full Irish Driving License - essential
