Valentina Papandroulidaki

I am a passionate EFL educator with a mission to help all of my students, mentees, and trainees flourish and thrive. With more than 6 years of active involvement in the language education industry, I have found great fulfillment in building strong connections and communities of learning, where all members feel supported, included, and valued.

As a hardworking and ambitious professional with a high sense of responsibility and driven by a genuine love for education, I am committed to continuously setting new milestones and bringing great outcomes. 

I have been working as an EFL teacher and teacher trainer across different schools and education companies in Greece, Ireland, and the UK. I also have a solid professional background in assessment as I have been an  oral and written assessors for various exam boards since 2019.

I hold a BA Hons degree in English Language and Literature, from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and I am a CELTA-certified teacher by the British Council of Athens. In 2022, I was awarded a full scholarship by the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki to complete my MPhil in English Language Teaching at Trinity College Dublin. My postgraduate research interests center around the psychology of learning and teaching, and more specifically positive psychology, foreign language enjoyment, motivation, and well-being.
