I completed my final year examinations for my Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice at the University of Limerick in May 2020.
I have held various customer-facing roles that have helped me develop strong interpersonal and communication skills. I am diligent, hard-working and a good team player with the ability to also take initiative when required. I hope to leverage my previous work experience & recent academic experience to pursue a successful career and in doing so use the skills and knowledge that I have developed to, become an invaluable asset to my Employer.
 

⦁ I am the first point of contact and manager to the South and Latin America
⦁ I am responsible for answering all incoming calls and emails enquiries, maintaining the booking schedule and database, log courier deliveries and perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing forms, utility’s payments, purchase and photocopying.
⦁ Building relationships with stakeholders and international students across the globe. 
⦁ Leading the department finance and administration function.
⦁ Manage and deal with ad-hoc human resource issues as they arise.
⦁ Co-ordinate travel & logistical arrangements for staff as required including booking flights, car rental, hotel and restaurant reservations.
