As a skilled Public Speaker, Leader, Personal Trainer & Wellness Coach, I bring over 15 years of experience of using practical steps to influence sustainable behaviour change for teams. As an experienced public speaker, educator, and mentor in sales,  management and wellness-based roles, I have honed my communication skills to effectively lead and inspire teams. My five years of experience as a team leader and mentor has complemented my sales and management background, allowing me to successfully lead a team of 10 individuals while also demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I am  excited to bring my expertise and leadership skills and make a positive impact to any role I take on.
