As an experienced public speaker, educator, and mentor in sales,  management and wellness-based roles, I have honed my communication skills to effectively lead and inspire teams. My five years of experience as a team leader and mentor has complemented my sales and management background, allowing me to successfully lead a team of 10 individuals while also demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I am  excited to bring my expertise and leadership skills and make a positive impact to any role I take on.

With educational endeavours ranging from a BA in Leisure Management all the way back in 2009 I have compiled a laundry list of professional certifications in the fields of management, leadership, culture as well as adding several health fitness and mindful based certifications to my round out my education.
