I am an Energetic and ambitious woman who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any tasks
undertaken. I can organise people and systems to achieve objectives and am used to working under
pressure to meet deadlines. Main strengths are adaptability, dependability, and the determination to
get a job done, as proven by my varied work experience in retail, catering, childcare and hospitality

work. I try to learn something new from every experience as I believe there is always room for self-
improvement both personally and professionally.

As an Irish professional with a diverse background, strong educational foundation, and rich experience across Teaching, coaching and personal development. I am eager to bring my skills, energy, and global perspective to your team while embracing the inspiring culture and natural beauty of Costa Rica.

My career has allowed me to work with a variety of people and environments, sharpening my ability to communicate effectively and approach challenges creatively.
