    Research and Development Project Manager - West Dublin


    Key Responsibilities:

    Contribute to creation of project plans in liaison with product management Lead the integration of new products into manufacturing Collaborate with key customers to identify shared opportunities for development in accordance with customer needs Technical contribution to troubleshooting activities in relation to non-conformances, process issues, customer complaints.

    Ongoing review and update of product specifications, QC weld test procedures, raw material specifications & approvals. Decision making on approval/rejection of non-conforming powder batches Hands-on work when needed (laboratory, SEM/metallography, weld/wear tests etc.).

    Skills and Experience sought for this role:
    Education in metallurgy or material science (BSc, MSc, PhD)

    Fluent English Effective communicator At least 3-5 years experience in a similar role Ability to work well in teams Project management experience Ability to use own initiative Skills:
