- Create and prepare baked goods such as pastries, cakes, bread, and desserts.
- Conduct stock takes and order pastry produce.
- Work as part of a team and use your own initiative.
- Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work 7am – 3pm 5 days a week.
- HACCP certified with a clear understanding of food safety standards.
