    CLINICAL PLACEMENT CO-ORDINATOR Full Time Fixed Term Contract Bon Secours Hospital Cork is part of the Bon Secours Health System which is the largest independent hospital group in Ireland with over 2,500 staff including 350 leading consultants.

    We treat more than 200,000 patients annually. We are now inviting applications for the above post from suitably qualified and experienced candidates.

    Applications are invited for the above position from nursing staff who:

    Have a BSc Nursing Degree or higher Registered in the General Division of the live register of nurses kept by the NMBI Have at least 5 years post registration and not less than 3 years working with Student Nurses in the clinical area of a General Hospital.

    Have management experience - desirable The purpose of this post will be: To guide and support nursing staff in their assigned clinical placements.

    To work as part of the Nurse Practice Development team.

    The ideal candidate will require excellent communication skills, with a keen interest in education and the ability to enhance motivation.
