    Description

    I am currently looking for a creative, analytical and experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator for our client, a global leader in the life science sector.

    This is a 12 month temporary contract with possibility of extension for the right candidate.

    The successful candidate will:

    · Support the development of digital content to drive engagement and growth of divisional websites.

    · Liaise with third party agencies and actively engage with the business to optimize the performance of content and digital campaigns.

    · Responsible for coordinating the translation of digital content, working with external agencies and various internal stakeholders, adhering to best practices whilst delivering high quality and consistent translated content.

    · Working closely with multiple stakeholders to support translating business objectives into customer-focused solutions that demonstrate meaningful and tangible results.

    · Drive for continued digital improvement working with a cross-functional marketing team to support the overall digital strategy.

    Main Responsibilities:

    · Co-ordinates project activities among stakeholders and tracking completion of tasks to full execution.

    · Collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop landing page, organic and paid social media and email marketing content

    · Partners with others within the organization to execute these strategies and optimize digital experiences.

    · Has a deep understanding of customer journeys and user needs and applies learnings to content and UX strategy

    · Closely monitor KPIs and use data to guide future content and campaign development

    · Manages annual medical education content calendar ensuring adherence to timelines

    · Responds to all translation requests working with internal stakeholders and translation agencies to deliver translated content as per agreed timelines

    · Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.

    · Partner with external agencies on digital programs

    · Maintain knowledge of digital best practices, stay on top of trends and translate this knowledge into actionable insights for strategy

    · Ensure compliance with Digital Marketing policies in performing the overall activities

    Requirements:

    · Bachelor Degree – Marketing or Digital Marketing

    · Minimum 3 years experience in marketing role

    · Familiar with the healthcare industry and regulations

    · Excellent oral and written communication skills

    · Detail oriented

    · Ability to interact and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

    · Proficient with MS packages

    · Solid communication, critical thinking, problem solving, and project management skills

    · Experience working with technology, marketing, and creative staff in a fast-paced, global environment
