    Realtime Recruitment is seeking a skilled Project Manager with a background in Financial Services to join a well-established organisation in Dublin City Centre.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated project management experience, preferably within a PMO.
    • Certification(s) such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent.
    • Define clear project goals, milestones, and strategies for benefits realization.
    • Lead crossfunctional project teams, fostering collaboration and adherence to deadlines.
    • Develop and execute project plans with a strategic focus, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
    • Proven experience in the delivery of projects to time / cost / scope / highest quality in line with project management methodology.
    • Motivate and empower project teams to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
    • Proactively identify and resolve project issues using innovative problemsolving techniques.
    • Strong ability to communicate and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Experience in delivering tangible benefits and outcomes within a PMO environment.
    • Skilled in leading and embedding change, with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements in financial services.
