Design Build Search are seeking a Planner with 3-5 years of experience to join our client's expanding team based in Dublin 12.

Our client is a well known Irish Main Contractor who has been delivering high quality Pharma, Commercial, New Build, and Fit-Out Construction projects since the late 2000's.

Establishing project objectives and ensure goals & timelines are achieved Responsible for development and management of project schedules and project controls tools Identification of project milestones, monitor & report on same Lead / Host Interactive Planning Workshops Liaising with project management team with regular schedule performance status reports Establish project schedule resource requirements Develop and Communicate tools for the target completion of project goals Provide performance updates / reports views for identification of variances and corrective action Requirements: 3-5 years Planner or Scheduler experience with a local Main Contractor Pharma and/or New Build experience ideally Experience with the use of MS Project Excellent communication & people skills Good time management skills Full clean drivers license Remuneration: Competitive base Company vehicle/Fuel allowance Descretionary bonus Pension Hybrid Plus much more Skills:
