Operations Manager Co Clare - permanent The Operations Manager is a key role within a mid-sized organisation.

While medical device experience is highly preferable, candidates with a strong quality or manufacturing background and relevant experience in regulated industries will also be considered.

This position will suit a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills to oversee manufacturing/operations, logistics/supply, and facilities management.

Reporting directly to the senior management team, the Operations Manager will lead a team of individuals, ensuring coordination and efficient execution across all operational aspects.

Great opportunity for someone interested on working on a variety of projects, expanding their experience & leading the site operationally.

Qualifications/Professional skills/knowledge Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in operations management or similar, within a regulated industry. Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA regulations). Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies. Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely. Please contact me for a confidential discussion or to discuss further.
