    Job Objectives

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to join our dynamic team at Nua Healthcare.

    The person will make significant contributions to the achievement of all Supported Living activities, practices, and goals aimed at cultivating a high-performance culture focused on employee empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards, as well as the continuous development of our skilled and talented workforce.

    This will include the following on a day-to-day basis:

  • Manage the Care Managers and staff assigned to work within your assigned area.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve growth targets and expand market presence through Care Managers performance goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including admissions, marketing, finance, operations, and clinical staff as the key point of contact.
  • Lead the development of new business proposals, presentations and sales showcasing the value proposition of Nua and its services.
  • Drive improved performance of the office across a number of key performance measures as assigned by the Director of Operations.
  • Evaluate market potential of services.
  • Build and maintain strong and efficient relations with different agencies / vendors.
  • To identify, generate, and secure any additional business opportunities.
  • Attend weekly Department meetings and review minutes of previous meetings. Go through or prepare Agenda and review any MDT reports or new Referrals etc.
  • Review any Incident/Accident reports, making observation and recommendation for improved safety practice and escalating through head office for the purposes of trend analyses.
  • Ensure all staff are supervised and supported.
  • To continuously review work methods and procedures to maximise resources and efficiencies.
  • Ensure the efficient use of company resources at all times and being mindful of the need to eliminate waste from business running costs.

    Skills Requirement

    Qualification:

  • Degree educated (or equivalent)
  • Knowledge:

  • Previous experience in Healthcare / knowledge of the Healthcare Sector.
  • Proven track record of Key Account Management and/or market access.
  • Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Development.
  • Skills:

  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and judgement.
  • Making critical decisions and recommendations.
  • Capable of working within a fast-paced and flexible team.
  • Good listener and open to learning from others.
  • Excellent organisational skills / self-motivation /self-starter.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and IT skills.
  • Dedicated, reliable and flexible approach to work.
  • Full clean driver's licence.
