    Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Global Process Owner for Demand, Supply and Inventory Planning, working closely with Demand Planners and Supply Planners across all Viatris locations
  • In collaboration with IT team, document requirement and design process related to Demand, Supply and Inventory Planning
  • In collaboration with IT team, implement incremental improvements in current Demand, Supply and Inventory Planning processes
  • Test capability enhancement and new capability in quality system, and support the implementation into live environment ensuring that changes perform as expected
  • Develop detailed knowledge and expertise in RapidResponse functionality, master data and reporting related to Demand, Supply and Inventory Planning
  • Lead the roll-out of RapidResponse Advanced Planning System within Commercial and Operations organization at local, regional and global level
  • Support the roll-out of leading metrics and reporting supporting Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process
  • Develop and refine end user training content, and roll-out training to end users
  • Coach end users with adopting and succeeding in Demand and Supply processes which are system driven, optimized and exception focused
  • Lead Global Community of Practice to enable knowledge sharing across all planning teams
  • Support continuous improvement of Demand and Supply Planning ways of working based on end-user feedback and business requirements

    • The minimum qualifications for this role are:

  • 5+ years relevant supply chain/manufacturing SAP experience
  • Strong Supply Chain/Supply Network Planning experience essential
  • Third Level Qualification in a Supply Chain or IT discipline
  • Strong knowledge of system enabled Demand and/or Supply Planning, Kinaxis RapidResponse preference (also SAP APO or APS system experience is relevant)
  • Solid project management, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Experience of leading and delivering change
  • Experience in developing process improvements/new ways of working
  • Demonstrate focus on delivery of business results via process improvements
  • Strong analytical capability essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • APICS qualification an advantage
  • Prior pharma experience and advantage but not essential
