    The Trust & Agency Services Corporate Trust (TAS-CT) business provides Trustee, Calculation Agent, Paying Agent, Custodian, Tax Agent, and Debt Agency services globally for Structured Finance/Credit (Mortgaged Backed Securities (MBS)/Asset Backed Securities (ABS)/Collateralised Debt Obligation (CDO)/Collateralised Loan Obligation (CLO's) and Global Debt transactions.

    The Bond Analytics team is responsible for developing cash flow models and processing them which support bond payments to investors of MBS, ABS and CDO's.

    You will be part of the team responsible for a portfolio of Structured Finance transactions and will be required to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure each transaction is administered in accordance with the contractual terms. You will have extensive interaction across the transaction value chain.

  • Your key responsibilities

  • Read and interpret governing legal documents including but not limited to the Prospectus, Bond Indentures, Pooling and Servicing Agreements and Hedging Agreements
  • Develop and test cash flow models, including validating the accuracy of current and future bond payments following the governing legal documents
  • Work closely with client services teams, internal and external legal representatives, rating agencies, bond insurers and underwriters to ensure compliance and structural integrity of governing documents
  • Deliver the highest level of customer service by understanding overall deal structure to provide internal and external clients with explanations to calculated outputs
  • Establish the guidelines for receipt and appropriate format of underlying asset-level collateral that supports bond payments, as well as research and resolve any data accuracy issues
  • Produce and deliver reports to clients within the timeframe stated in the documents
  • Your skills and experience

  • Relevant experience in a similar role developing cash flow models, and exposure to securities industry
  • Previous experience of working in bond analytics platforms like IMAKE, Intex, etc. as well as experience in Excel and Structured Query Language (SQL)
  • The ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities and work as part of a team as well as individually
  • A background in or good understanding of the global financial services industry and Structured Finance/Debt Capital Market
