    Description

    We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Brand Specialist to join our client's Marketing Team. Our client is one of Ireland's largest Insurance providers and they are looking to expand their Marketing Team due to business growth. This is a full-time, permanent role and will operate on a hybrid work schedule. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Digital Brand Manager will be responsible for the implementation of digital and social media strategies, creative and content across the business

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive digital and social media advertising strategy, aligning with brand objectives and business goals.
    • Champion consistent brand representation across online channels.
    • Lead and manage digital-first advertising campaigns for maximum engagement.
    • Evolve and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and conversion rates.
    • Maximise conversion opportunities through effective remarketing techniques.
    • Utilise tracking and measurement techniques to analyse campaign performance.
    • Stay updated on consumer, competitor, and digital landscapes to inform strategic direction.
    • Research social media trends and tools to enhance online presence.
    • Oversee and manage social media accounts, engaging with comments and boosting brand visibility.
    • Collaborate with Conversion Optimisation Specialist to track online performance and optimise campaigns.

    Key Requirements

    • Up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing and branding.
    • Minimum of 2-4 years' experience in social media, community building, or relevant digital roles.
    • Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to develop effective social media strategies.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, social media platforms, and emerging trends.
    • SEO experience and proficiency in performance content.
    • Experience in tracking, measurement, digital attribution, and setting KPIs for campaign success.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
    • High attention to detail and adherence to brand and format standards.
    • Creative mindset, capable of producing compelling digital content aligned with brand objectives.
    • Bonus points for experience with health and/or sponsorship content.
    • Bonus points for experience working in a regulated environment
