    We are currently seeking a Senior Product Designer for our Questionnaire Automation product, which helps teams complete security questionnaires more efficiently using AI-powered solutions and workflows.

    Job Description

    • Boost user efficiency by designing intuitive features and workflows.
    • Enhance customer satisfaction by creating designs that meet their needs and expectations.
    • Show product value through insights and reporting, ensuring stakeholders understand its impact.

    In this role, you'll shape the future of our Questionnaire Automation product by:

    • Exploring new frontiers with AI technologies to automate critical security workflows.
    • Leading projects to drive AI-powered insights, automate manual tasks, and simplify complex workflows.
    • Influencing key features across the company by creating design guidelines for seamless customer experiences.

    Ideal Candidate

    • A proven track record of creating exceptional B2B SaaS products that deliver impactful customer experiences.
    • Able to thrive in ambiguous environments, using autonomy to drive innovation and improve ease of use.
    • Strong collaboration skills, working closely with Product Management and Engineering to translate customer needs into successful business outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the design and execution of strategic components and features that drive significant customer value.
    • Engage in customer discovery to shape feature strategy and design scalable experiences.
    • Collaborate with product teams to identify and advocate for design initiatives with broad organizational impact.
    • Foster collaboration among design peers to ensure shared solutions are effective and adaptable.
    • Enhance our design system, ensuring additions support strategic objectives and uphold high design standards.

    Requirements

    • 6+ years of experience delivering high-quality B2B SaaS products on large-scale projects.
    • Proven ability to create designs that drive business impact by deeply understanding the domain and leveraging customer insights.
    • Demonstrated success in leading the design process from ambiguity to execution for entire product areas.
    • Prior experience designing automated processes and utilizing AI to effectively solve customer pain points.
    • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, translating complex technical concepts into intuitive designs.
    • Proven ability to mentor and influence others, driving design strategy and systemic thinking.
    • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, solving complex problems, and managing projects with proactive escalation handling.
    • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating design concepts to diverse audiences.
    • A portfolio showcasing consumer-grade craftsmanship and product solutions tailored to customer needs.

    The salary or OTE range for this position is $167,000 - $196,000, with opportunities for commissions/bonus, equity, medical benefits, and other company perks.
