- Perform routine safety inspections
- Conduct Planned and Corrective maintenance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Diagnose mechanical issues
- Service and inspect vehicles thoroughly and provide reports on their condition, safety, and performance (MOT)
- Identify and report vehicle defects or potential failures
- Conduct regular pre-use vehicle checks and maintain accurate documentation
- Stay in touch with the transport team
Requirements:
- Experience in HGV Mechanic field
- Fully qualified HGV mechanic
- Proficient in English and eligible to work in Ireland
- Clean drivers license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Determined and resilient
