    Job description

  • Operate production equipment according to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Monitor machinery to ensure proper operation and identify any issues or defects.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Escalate non-conformances on processing lines immediately to Production Supervisor.
  • Maintain constant adherence to all company, customer, and legal requirements.
  • Troubleshoot problems with equipment or production processes as they arise.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in Daily Handover meetings.
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge related to the production process.

    • Profile of the candidate

  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment, desirable.
  • Ability to operate production equipment and machinery effectively.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Six sigma / Lean exposure/ 6S housekeeping awareness or knowledge desirable - full training will be provided.
