    We are hiring a Company Safety Officer in Dublin, Ireland. 37 hours full-time/Permanent

    We will provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality, respect, caring, and compassion are at the center of all we do.
    Responsibilities
    • Encourage the creation of OHS policies and initiatives.
    • Provide guidance and instruction on a range of safety-related subjects (noise levels, machinery use, etc.)
    • Assess the risks and implement preventive measures.
    • Evaluate current policies and procedures and make any updates to the law. Plan and implement OHS training for executives and staff.
    • Examine the area and the employees' work to find problems or nonconformities (such as failing to wear safety gear).
    • Supervise the installation, upkeep, material disposal, etc.
    • Put an end to any risky behaviours or procedures that seem unhealthy or dangerous.
    • To identify reasons and manage worker's compensation claims, keep track of incidents, and conduct investigations.
    • Compile incident reports and give higher management statistical data.
    • Demonstrated experience as a safety officer with in-depth familiarity with policies and regulations and awareness of possible.



    Requirements

    • Occupational Safety and Health Management Degree, Level 8 or 9.
    • Three years minimum of experience in a health and safety role
    • Outstanding familiarity with the laws about safety, health, and welfare
    • Complete, spotless, manual driver's license
    • Outstanding familiarity with Microsoft Office
    • A strong desire to see disability services advance
