    Exciting Opportunity in Cork with a 4-Day Workweek

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to manage our office operations, oversee financial data, and provide administrative support. This role offers a unique blend of Accounts Payable & Receivable, office management, and admin responsibilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee financial data and reporting, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
    • Nominal ledger analysis and transaction recording in the practice accounting system
    • Invoicing, processing client receipts and payments, and issuing payments
    • Assist with accounts receivable and payable management
    • Submit CSO returns
    • Prepare and file VAT returns to Revenue
    • Cash Management with associated banks
    • Assist external auditors for year-end
    • Support invoicing and order processing, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy
    • Provide general administrative support, including filing and organizing financial documents

    Administrative Support:

    • Maintain smooth day-to-day office operations, including managing schedules and organizing meetings
    • Ensure proper documentation and filing systems are in place
    • Coordinate office supplies and manage inventory
    • Handle general administrative duties like phone and email correspondence
    • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment
