    In this Account Handler role, will provide administration support to the wholesale division and you will provide excellent quality advice to clients.

    This is a hybrid working model based out of Dublin 12/22 area Your new role:
    Assist in achieving department retention targets by providing an excellent level of service.

    Handling all aspects of submissions and policy placement Processing policies, schedules and all associated documentation Produce and issue professional summaries and reports using Company templates.

    Handle all queries, whether written or by telephone, in a professional manner and process effectively in line with service standards.

    Process adjustments in line with procedures, including notification to insurers, issue of revised documentation, and collection of additional premium.

    Actively cross-sell products to broker partners You will need to be results driven, well organised, have the ability to work on your own initiative and have excellent relationship building skills.

    You will be given the opportunity to progress to the level of Account Executive We need you to have some Commercial Insurance experience, APA qualification with the determination to gain CIP.

    There is a broad salary range depending on your experience to date.
