    A leading construction company in Dublin is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist
    • German Speaking.
    Key Responsibilities of an Accounts Payable Assistant (German speaking): Posting of Supplier Invoices & Credits Receiving and processing of invoices on to the financial system Agreeing invoices to purchase orders and delivery dockets Liaising with sites/managers to have invoices approved and queries resolved Managing the payment of suppliers in line with credit terms. Creditor reconciliations and adjustments Managing incoming post. Confirming supplier and subcontractor bank details. Providing assistance to other team members dealing with correspondance to and Confirming supplier and subcontractor bank details.

    Key Requirements for an Accounts Payable Assistant (German speaking): 2-3 years of accounts payable and/or general accounting experience Fluency in the German language Previous Construction industry experience ideal Experience working with a high volume of invoices Adest software and or other accounting software Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Ability to work as part of a team If you are interested in this role or any other live role please contact Skills:
