THIS ROLE IS LOCATED IN DUBAI, CANDIDATES NEED TO BE WILLING TO RELOCATE *** Job Description * Collaborate with project teams to formulate design concepts and contribute to architecture design development.
* Assist in creating documentation for authority submissions, tender processes, and construction activities. * Administer and coordinate the project team, providing training and supervision for outsourced staff in BIM drawing guidelines. * Ensure adherence to Company's BIM Standards and oversee project filing procedures. * Review and consolidate statutory requirements for local authority submissions. * Compile a comprehensive list of documents for design and working drawings packages. * Generate sketch designs, including perspectives, and participate in internal and client design reviews. * Contribute to the preparation of drawing documentation and present design concepts to clients. * Coordinate with sub-consultants and project teams for tender and construction documentation. * Oversee the coordination of details and cross-checking with relevant documents for construction purposes. * Issue information to contractors related to Requests for Information (RFI), additional details, site instructions, and variations. * Ensure compliance with all QHSE policies, objectives, and procedures within the Company's Integrated Management System. * Promptly report all accidents, incidents, near misses, regardless of severity, to the QHSE Manager and/or HR.Below is a list of our benefits:
