- Collaborating with teams and various functional areas to integrate systems to build dashboards and analytics visualisations to improve business performance
- Liaising with internal and external teams to resolve and/or facilitate resolution of BI problems including escalate issues when appropriate and/or implementing corrective actions.
- Developing and maintaining documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of BI systems.
- Acting as a change agent implementing business intelligence and industry 4.0 initiatives that are aligned with business strategies to deliver sustained results.
- Bachelors Degree Manufacturing/Engineering/Analytics/systems qualification or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 3 years+ experience in a manufacturing/engineering/analytics/systems/cloud computing environment
