    Description

    Job Title: Management Accountant

    Location: Dublin City Centre

    Hybrid/Remote: Remote and Hybrid options

    The Management Accountant will be a key member of the finance team, providing accurate and timely reporting of revenue and value-adding insights to aid decision-making.

    This role has the scope to evolve to a Finance Manager level for the successful candidate and will work closely with the Head of Finance, wider finance team, sales, marketing, and senior leadership team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure timely recognition of revenue, including review of contracts and agreements to ensure accuracy.
    • Prepare periodic revenue reports and forecasts.
    • Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
    • Support the preparation of financial statements.
    • Monitor actual revenue against budgeted figures and provide variance analysis.
    • Implement process improvements across revenue and controls.
    • Partner with the sales team to understand key revenue drivers and provide financial guidance.

    Requirements

    • A qualified accountant with 0-3 years post-qualified experience (PQE), ideally with some exposure to revenue through prior roles.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively liaise cross-divisionally.

    Estimated Salary Range:

    €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
