We are currently recruiting an experienced Restaurant Manager for a busy 4* Hotel in Cork.

You are responsible for the efficient management of all Restaurant operations and Private Dining business and coordinating all day to day food service activities in the Hotel.

Restaurant is open of Breakfast and Dinner daily for Guests and caters for many private Dinners, Conference Lunches, Graduations and special Events.

Requirements Experience in managing a busy 4/5* Hotel Restaurant Outlet, InRoom service, Private functions and Dining Events Candidates need experience managing busy service periods to the highest standards and attention to detail Front of House experience required to offer colleagues assistance in this area as required Must display effective leadership and team management / development abilities Reliable, committed, motivated and above all professional person required A positive attitude, a can do approach, friendly and outgoing personality Minimum 3 years Restaurant Management experience required, ideally in a 4* Hotel in Ireland Work Permit is not available for this role, full legal status to work in Ireland is required.
