    The Role & What You Will Be Doing

    Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the Supply Chain Reporting Manager and Project Advocate role will make an impact:

    • Develop an overarching understanding of all Customer Service and Order Management processes to identify opportunities to streamline, enhance and automate activities to enable the removal of non-value add activities. Actively challenging existing models and propose alternative practices that will yield greater operating efficiencies, benefits, and revenue attainment.
    • Understand demand planning & supply planning to support process improvements.
    • Play a key role in representing Supply Chain department in cross functional projects, across all levels in the organisation, related to process and system changes and enhancements to ensure continuity of supply and adherence to global standards and policies. To be capable of identifying and delivering the key message to a variety of audiences.
    • Report and present on project deliverables and schedules in timely manner and working on overall project planning.
    • Promote a culture of innovation, motivation, and empowerment within the team.
    • Drive cross functional group collaboration with other departments through fostering and maintaining excellent working relationships with stakeholders.
    • Responsible for the generation of reporting requirements (regular and ad hoc) on all aspects of hub management, adhering to set deadlines with high attention to detail, proficient in data cleansing, validation, and analysis. Present report details and provide insight on trends, issues and opportunities to relevant stakeholders and leadership.
    • Co-ordinate pricing management (changes, extensions, reporting) for Customer Service function, in line with corporate policy.
    • Capture and understand new and changing business requirements.
    • Collaborate with team to ensure that solution documentation is created, maintained, and efficiently communicate changes to stakeholders.
    • The ability to prioritize tasks, and identify when to delegate, and as importantly when to escalate. The awareness to know how your messages and actions will impact upon others.
    • To help shape and guide data analysis to achieve business needs. To provide options, sense check results, and implement sound solutions.
    • Responsible for supporting future integration initiatives to align to standard Centre of Excellence processes.
    • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and have awareness when to escalate.

    About Your Skills & Experience

    For this role, we're looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

    • 5-6 years relevant supply chain/manufacturing experience.
    • Demonstrated track record in successfully implementing long-term change both from cultural and operational perspective.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) a must.
    • Ability to recommend practical ways using innovation, good judgment, creativity and strategic thinking.
    • Excellent communication skills. Experience in establishing trusted relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
    • Team Player with good organizational skills while also able to work independently, anticipate and react to a frequently changing business environment.
    • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimal supervision.
    • Qualification in a Project Management or Supply Chain discipline would be a distinct advantage.
    • SAP or similar ERP system experience required.
    • Experience with dynamic and complex supply chains is preferred.
    • Successful candidates need to be change leaders in Viatris.
