- Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely receipt of purchase orders.
- Verify orders and transmit relevant information to the appropriate team.
- Manage and minimize excess inventory levels.
- Handle returns and damaged goods.
- Adhere to agreed-upon timelines and deadlines.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with suppliers.
- Provide high-quality and cost-effective solutions.
- Monitor vendors' supply performance.
- Experience in purchasing or logistics.
- Preferably a degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Flexible and proactive with a commitment to excellence.
- Capable of working well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
