Club La Santa, the ultimate sports and active holiday resort, is seeking a dynamic and skilled Communications Specialist to join our marketing team. If you are a language expert with an eye for detail in communication, possess excellent writing skills and thrive in a dynamic environment, we invite you to apply for this newly created position. As a communications specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining effective communication strategies across various channels.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creation, proofreading, distribution, and monitoring of email communication flow (customer journey) of Club La Santa guests: pre-arrival emails and newsletters.
• Manage all the information on updates and copy related to the Club La Santa app and web, coordinate translations and with the webmaster for publishing.
• Copywriting and translation of all marketing materials and proofreading/revising of other texts provided by other departments in English and Spanish.
• Creation of monthly news/blog updates for a new section on the website.
• Managing translation and localisation - ensure that all resort marketing and website copy is consistent, localised and of a good standard in all languages.
• Coordination with other language specialists for Danish and German translations.
• Assisting with ad hoc translation/interpretation needs across the company

About You (Essential Knowledge):

• Meticulous proofreading and editing skills to ensure accuracy and precision in written content.
• Ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely in both written and verbal communication.
• Qualifications in languages and/or communication.
• Proven copywriting and translation experience.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (both written and verbal). Native English preferred.
• Working knowledge of content management systems for both web and app platforms.
• Experience in project management and coordination of multilingual projects.

About You (Beneficial Knowledge):

• Basic understanding of graphic design principles for collaboration with design teams.
• Familiar with Club La Santa products and history.
