    Role: Physiotherapist - Sub Acute Facility

    We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team in a Full Time Permanent position at our new state-of-the-art sub-acute facility in Dublin 12.

    About Our Client:

    Our client has been leading operators of Nursing Homes through Ireland for the last two decades, committed to providing quality care through innovation and continuous growth.

    Duties:

    1. Assess and analyze the impact of illness, disability, injury, and inactivity on individual residents' functional abilities.
    2. Conduct thorough assessments of residents with actual or potential impairments or health-related conditions.
    3. Develop and regularly review personalized treatment plans for each resident.
    4. Implement safe interventions to relieve pain, promote mobility, health, and fitness, and manage identified impairments, disabilities, and limitations to participation.
    5. Utilize exercise, movement, mobilization, and other appropriate treatments to maximize resident mobility and well-being in the nursing home setting.
    6. Provide support to residents with joint and spinal problems, including post-surgery recovery.
    7. Assist residents in their rehabilitation following accidents, injuries, and strokes.
    8. Evaluate the health status of each individual resident using measurable outcomes.
    9. Foster good working relationships with colleagues, residents, and family members.
    10. Participate in and promote continuing education and research activities.
    11. Maintain accurate records and statistics for organizational and legal purposes.
    12. Present regular reports to senior management.
    13. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to exchange information about patients' backgrounds and progress.

    Essential Criteria:

    1. At least three years of post-registration experience.
    2. A minimum of one year of experience in caring for the elderly.
    3. Registration with CORU is mandatory.
