    Description

    Ready to become a Wriker?

Collaboration at scale and across departments is undergoing a huge paradigm shift as enterprises of all sizes adapt to growing needs for visibility, efficiency, and results. Wrike's Professional Services team is the group of experts that brings this vision to reality for Wrike's customers, working closely with key customer stakeholders, Wrike's Product, Success, Sales, and Solutions teams, and taking ownership to define, design, and deliver meaningful and sustainable solutions.

This position specifically will play a critical role in our growth and development. You will be expected to play a key part in partnering with our Strategic Sales counterparts to bring Wrike into executive conversations, play a leadership role in managing strategic delivery engagements, and most critically act as a coach and mentor to your peers to ensure that everyone on the team can bring the same level of trust-building and gravitas to their conversations. It is a perfect role for someone who thrives with a player-coach mentality.

    More about Your team

You will be taking a role as part of the International Professional Services team with colleagues around the world. While your focus will be on EMEA customers, there will be opportunities to work on global customer engagements as well as internal projects to improve Wrike as a whole.

This role is available to anyone located in EMEA and can be fully remote or hybrid based on your location - we have terrific offices in Prague and Cyprus. Some travel will be required for both internal and customer events, the amount will vary based on need.

    • Led complex software rollouts of 500+ users within large organisations leveraging project management frameworks and best practices
    • A strong grasp of change management principles within complex landscapes
    • Experience in business process mapping, refinement, and implementation
