HGV Mechanic - County Meath, Ireland - Keegan Group

Keegan group is a well-established, leading supplier of high-quality construction products within Ireland and the UK. We began by producing ready mix concrete and have now expanded into concrete block manufacturing, precast wall and floor manufacturing and most recently producing calcium carbonate.

Keegan Group have an immediate requirement for HGV Mechanics to join our team, based in Rathmolyon, County Meath just 25 mins from Navan and 15 mins from Enfield.

The Role

We are seeking HGV/Truck Mechanics with experience with DAF, Hino, Volvo and Renault Lorries. Looking after the maintenance and repair of our growing fleet of lorries. Mechanics with experience on Quarry machinery such as crushers, screeners etc

Responsibilities

Maintenance and repair of all lorries and parts.

Fault finding and preventative maintenance.

Coordination or service and repairs.

Schedule and completion of preventative maintenance activities.

Completion of all task in accordance with Health & Safety regulations.

Maintain maintenance area in a clean and orderly fashion; keep work area clean at all times

Qualifications and Skills

Extensive experience with Lorries, Quarry equipment an advantage

Ability to work as part of a team and without supervision.

Full clean driving license.
