- Creation and execution for the annual marketing strategy & plan
- Working with a marketing agency to support the marketing plan as required
- Planning and developing integrated marketing campaigns to meet business goals
- Determining the right marketing mix and channels for target audiences
- Setting campaign KPIs and measuring performance through analytics
- Maintaining and managing the company website and social media channels (Including the training LMS)
- Using Google analytics/Search Console to continually monitor website performance and make improvements
- Populate and maintain the social media content calendar – Reviewing and approving content created by the Marketing Executive
- Creating, monitoring and optimizing Google Ads to promote key services and maximize training bookings/enquiries
- Creating, monitoring and optimizing email campaigns to nurture leads through the marketing funnel
- Overseeing email list creation to grow the database and gain repeat service bookings
- Driving traffic, engagement and conversions via the company website and social media channels
- Developing relevant, engaging content for the company blog, website, and social media channels to attract and educate potential clients – Working with a team of internal and external SMEs
- Creating compelling thought leadership content like whitepapers, ebooks, and webinars
- Managing the curation and production of all marketing content across channels
- Preparing monthly reports to review ROI, areas of improvement, and make adjustments to the plan as required
- Creating and managing the marketing budget
- Conducting market research and analysis on trends, competitors, and innovations in the medical device industry
- Identifying potential new services, partnerships, and growth opportunities through research
- Monitoring shifts in client needs and the competitive landscape
- Leading strategy for brand identity, positioning, visuals, and messaging
- Ensuring brand consistency across platforms, assets, and customer touchpoints
- Evaluating and evolving the brand to align with business goals
- Working closely with Sales to curate conference and sponsorship attendance
- Supporting the creation of sales presentations and branded material for clients as required
- Coordinating event stands, collateral and giveaways
- Maintaining in-depth, up-to-date understanding of the medical device consulting industry
- Participating in continuous education through courses, conferences, and certification
- Marketing/Business related degree
- 5 years experience in a similar role
- Medical device experience would be an advantage
- Able to travel for potential business opportunities
- Strategic and future thinker
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to develop emotional connections with new and existing clients
